BE “PRESENT” – during the training session, focus and prioritize the training experience. We call this mindfulness.


FOCUS ON THE MUSCLE FIRST and the movement second. Feel the muscle working as you move slowly through a complete range of motion.

HAVE CLARITY THAT THE GOAL IS TO COMPLETELY EXHAUST THE WORKING MUSCLES.  This is achieved when movement stops but you keep the muscle working for an additional 5 to 10 seconds.
