At 86 years old, she came to us frustrated, discouraged, and still searching for real progress after working with three different physical therapists. Lyne’s Story

Before starting at SIMPLY STRONG, Lyne struggled with chronic arthritis, persistent lower back pain, and challenges with mobility and balance. Even after multiple attempts at traditional physical therapy, she felt stuck and unsure whether meaningful change was still possible.
Then she began strength training at SIMPLY STRONG in June of 2025. She initially came in once a week, but after a month she made the decision to come twice a week and her health and quality of life got better.
