This is the only weight lifting program I will stick with for a long period of time. Mainly because it works and I don’t have to spend hours in the gym. After working with Ed for 5 years I took an extended time off. When I started finding it difficult to stand up from a full squat, I knew where I needed to go. I rate you a 10. Fitness is an important aspect of health and wellness and there are many different ways to stay active and healthy. There are endless options for incorporating fitness into your life. Mine has been working with Simply Strong trainers. It is where strength training in a personalized environment has been great for me as it helps target specific muscle groups. Flexibility is key for us young or old aging individuals. It is where a series of exercises performed in sequence without rest and gradually increasing the weight or intensity of exercise has helped me feel stronger and able to perform day to day physical activity. It keeps me going! I thank them immensely and am so glad they are here to help us. Each trainer’s goal as an expert is helping you to get stronger and more fit or to stay fit. It is the best place to work out and is only 20 minutes a day. As a former runner and triathlete, I highly recommend Simply Strong as your workout place.

I’ve been attending SIMPLY STRONG since May 2024. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to improve their physical health. It’s a welcoming environment with incredibly skilled and talented staff. After a diagnosis of Osteoporosis, I was looking to improve bone density without going on medication. What I have observed over the last ten months was more than I anticipated. I no longer have lower back pain. My core strength is much stronger. I have better balance; increased mobility; increased endurance; and feel stronger over all. I am eager to see the results of my DEXA Scan this spring. I like the fact that this program is research- based.  I also like the fact that they routinely share emails with videos and links to the current research where you can read how resistance training can improve your health in ways you may not have known or thought about. I enjoy reading their Blog Posts that are also great links to health span information, the research, and other client personal observations. SIMPLY STRONG is a well equipped gym with great 1:1 trainers who provide good advice, positive encouragement and also bring some laughter into the experience. I believe this is possibly the best investment you can make in reaching both short and long term health goals!

My journey at SIMPLY STRONG started a year ago in June 2024 after a friend suggested I check it out. I am an avid walker and take pilates classes, however I realized my body was not as strong as it could be.

I’m amazed at how much stronger I’m am a year later. But more than that, I started SIMPLY STRONG knowing I had osteoporosis. My recent June 2025 bone density test showed a decrease in my numbers. I’ve moved from osteoporosis to osteopenia. That’s huge!

Though each person responds differently to exercising; I believe strength training can benefit everyone, no matter where you are in your journey.

Greatest place for an intense short workout! Twice a week for 20 minutes! Makes strength training feel possible and safe. I love my workouts and the way I feel after. Thanks SIMPLY STRONG. I used to hate gyms but I love yours.
