“AFTER THE FIRST SESSION, I FELT STRONGER. I WAS SO EXCITED TO GO BACK!”

I have always been a very active person. I enjoy the outdoors, golf, swimming, and playing with my grandkids. Six months ago, I had a severe injury that required a sudden major surgery. The injury caused some paralysis and immobility. After three months of Physical Therapy, I did have most of my mobility return but was just so weak. I walked and managed a few minutes of yoga every day but I just wasn’t gaining my strength back.

I saw the ad for SIMPLY STRONG on Facebook. About three years prior, I looked into the program. At that time, I didn’t think it was a fit for me. This time, I knew I needed to give it a try. If I was ever going to invest in anything, I needed to invest in myself. Committing to only 20 minutes a week seemed obtainable in my weakened state.

I swear, after the first session, I felt stronger. I was so excited to go back! Each week I feel better and better. I never try to find excuses to not go. I can’t wait for my session. Everyone at SIMPLY STRONG is so professional and so very nice. The only person you are competing with is YOU. You just listen to your body. You CAN and DO get stronger with only 20 minutes a week. It is true!
